Also that is wrong people are hitting 70% in radiant just spaced out and rarely, typically though the average is 30-40 which the player in this tracker is averaging close to 50% which is completely out of any kind of reason even if the #1 pros smurfed in a swiftplay

A. its a new account, the dude had 7 good SWIFTPLAY games.
B. If he's cheating...vanguard currently has a sample size of 7 games on him .-.
C. Often cheaters don't get banned for a bit so vanguard can get more data on them -> Banning a single cheater is worse than putting out a Banwave that makes a cheating platform go bankrupt.
D. ITS A SWIFTPLAY .-. these are stats that even I can put out regularly and I'm only immo2

if he is cheating normally it takes around 30 games on average for a cheater to get banned. riot does not want them to know what specific action got them banned unless its something so obvious. the issue if he is cheating and the games are comp is refunding rr to the affected players after bans are administered

This makes no sense unless you literally do not understand even the basics of how cheat detection in modern video games work. Vanguard is not looking at the actions players perform in game to get them banned.

that's a not a cheater, rather a smurf but do know that cheating without getting banned on valorant is entirely possible and majority of the cheaters are on high elo ascendant-immortal-radiant lobbies and apparently contender division of asian premier is filled to the brim with cheaters (ranked cheaters source prx something+ex-kobolds 123+premier cheaters source mglz consz)
