rosters are not locked until split 2 starts. In fact rosters have litterally been open to changes for less than 12 hours
Don't think GM8 have used their import slot, so... you never know
maybe eg but not looking likely judging from his current agent picks in ranked he might have to wait until split 2 unfortunately.
