2. try other games if you haven't already, single player games would probably be a good idea. valorant isn't exactly the best game to play when feeling mentally down
3. find some new hobbies irl, like walking, biking, gyming, etc.
4. get a pet, preferably a cat or dog. this will guaranteed make you feel more happiness but the reason i mentioned it fourth is because most people wont be in a position to get a pet, so it really depends

2021 relied too much on gunplay imo. teams went with 2-3 duellist comps and basically whichever team had the best shooters would win (large reason why sen dominated their masters event with tenz and friends)
