I mean navi cs roster is literally carrying the entire org. dota is shit (even the ceo says that they are there purely for legacy reasons), mobile games are meh, their cs roster is literally why they have ewc partnership set up

yeah but, I mean I have no corporate experience in Esport, but in normal case if a department is generating the bulk of the money then you have a problem :
- people in that department will ask for more money and you gonna need to keep them happy (CS roaster and staff)
- you can't move the money as you wish, top management (CEO, CFO) need to take an executive decision to invest the money earned elsewhere in Valorant : which I doubt seriously after what they did by firing the coach after a good split 1 and now put the whole roaster on the market ...
anyway we will see I guess

they invest in all other series, they open academies in cs, field 4 rosters in CS. the players for navi main roster in CS aren't egos, they are a top team without a star, there isn't one overperformer in the team.
