Like I dont mean anything personal against Goked with this (I know jack shit about him and how good of a mind he is) but I really wish t1 orgs would stop recycling coaches even after multiple failed seasons.
Theres so many coaches who have been successful in various t2 teams for years now that never get a chance.
Yes buyouts are a bitch but even when successful ones are FA they still dont go to t1.
That being said an international m8 roster has huge pressure so I wish him all the best.
I hard agree but this is not the case at all, unlike many of those coaches you're talking about, Goked has won in tier 2 and has done extremely well in "Ascension"
The project with KOI obviously did not work out but there really isn't much he could do there as an assistant, and LEV knew that which is why they signed him. And sure you can call his time in LEV a failure but he did build a good roster, specially the tex pickup proved to be really good. Team started not as intended, needed a reset and goked was the chosen way to do that. It's not like they were complete dogshit either.
My point being, this is a second chance and in a not very top team, not a 4th or 5th on a top team
I mean yea ig its fair to say that Lev was too lost during split 1 to consider it his failure (without knowing more)

I fully acknowledge that this being on a Goked post is unfair to him so probably was the wrong place, since this is more me being generally frustrated at the coach slots filling without any new faces joining the lineups (yet. At the very least we have to get a whole batch of assistant coaches, otherwise im gonna go mad xD)
