deathmatch is beyond terrible

every single deathmatch I've played recently, 5-7 players just leave a few seconds in, leaving the lobby with half of the players and the map becomes a ghost town.

It doesn't help that 2-3 of the remaining players will either walk around the entire map or hide in a corner the entire time, which means I can run around the entire map without seeing a single person for 20-30 seconds at a time.

It's ridiculous. If riot is so adamant about keeping their shitty deathmatch like this, can they at least add a second warm-up mode with no time limit or kill limit, players can drop in drop out whenever and guns are restricted to sheriff, vandal, phantom and guardian, with walking no longer muting your footsteps? I can GUARANTEE there is a large chunk of the playerbase that would appreciate a mode like this for warming up.

also, for the love of god, keep player's server preferences. Half the people leaving deathmatches are because they've been dumped into the wrong server against their will and are on 100+ ping. Nobody wants to warmup on 100+ ping, so I don't blame them for leaving. Fix your shit, Riot.

What do you exactly mean? We have the choice to select on which server we would like to play, right?

It doesn't work. For example, I did an experiment to queue on Tokyo, cus idk why is it available for europeans in the list, and after a 5 min queue it has thrown me and my friend on Frankfurt.

In my opinion, TDM is superior in every way. If you opt for the Sheriff, you'll exclusively go up against other players using the Sheriff. Similarly, if you choose the Bulldog, you'll face opponents wielding the Bulldog, Sheriff, or Spectre. Ultimately, I find TDM to be the best option due to these reasons.

I guess Riot has a greater problem which is Russian in eu servers. Most of them dont talk or dont know English besides, the unbelievable desync that u get with them ngl sometimes u have the advantage but still they have like

70 to 80 % advantage, from their pov is smth and from yours is runing insta taps or kills after getting into cover, and the amount of cheaters! CSGO is a good example on how most russians like to play any game!
I dont understand why dont Riot make them servers like many other games and put their ping +100 on EUs so we git rid of that problem which will kill the game to the death imo. (same with turks)

It's a shame because I like DM over TDM since I get to play on the comp maps and can practice my pre-aim and angles. These days I just do 10 minutes of different warmups in the practice range and then just queue.
