Honorable mentions: Sacy, Ethan, Wardell, Tenz, Suygetsu, Shao, FNS, Saadhak, Chronicle. That is all.
babysasuke [#3]Derke on the list over TenZ is criminal
downvotes = facts
TenZ and yay had the most dominant international performances of all time
Gutssz [#2]5. nAts
prime nAts was the best... no debate
Demon1 prime is low-key better...
He had highest rating in la champ which is not even debate, the most competitive tournament so far of VCT, also did it with highest hs percentage like 40*, and he did all that while not just being a main duelist but also flexin a bit on astra/brim... Oh and lastly he has highest rating on both of those agents out of all other players as well.

He was the first non-duelist king, he showed something different. No player can beat prime nAts

To be fair, not many players nor teams were good during 2021 Masters Reykjavík lol
Gutssz [#7]He was the first non-duelist king, he showed something different. No player can beat prime nAts
I do respect that. prime nAts is definitely in my top 3.
donkkomong [#8]To be fair, not many players nor teams were good during 2021 Masters Reykjavík lol
excuses tenz didnt get a head start, he worked for it. timeline doesnt matter, the game is constantly changing
Shizzle [#10]excuses tenz didnt get a head start, he worked for it. timeline doesnt matter, the game is constantly changing
I won't disagree. If there was Masters/Champions for 2020, TSM would've been the first champs and Wardell + Drone would've been the first Valorant GOATS.

He might jus be the goat #1 rated player in 2023 the MVP 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
jimjam789 [#17]How the FUCK does marved and pancada have higher primes than mako
Probably has to do with work ethic and strength of regional competition
jimjam789 [#17]How the FUCK does marved and pancada have higher primes than mako
I never said #'s are in order dumbass. Just a Top10 in general.
cartixuzi [#21]marved & pancada way too high what the fuck lmfao, they've never been recognized as the best player in the world at any point in their career
They were known as the best controllers in the world. American brain so ignorant, stfu.
WhoseTao [#22]As in these were the ten best players at their best? or the ten best peaks? Regardless the list is iffy lol
peaks and best. they all majors winners except mako but everyone knows how good mako was.

TenZ and yay had the most dominant international performances of all time
don't worry. as an eu fan, we're just mad bc prime tenz cleared our entire region
Based upon only their contribution to their team and their impact i would say this is probably the best list and this is in no particular order (kinda obvious)
Forsaken (he can literally play any agent and be top 2 in the region and probably top 5 in the world on a team with no IGL. side note: how is this even possible???)
Yay (obvious reasons, he arguably won optic the season by himself on chamber and has the most dominant season even when compared to aspas and tenz
Aspas (also obvious reasons, he was the main driver behind loud and had comical stat lines the entire season.
Tenz (we are comparing prime versus the entire world at the time and he has STILL the best acs of all time at reykjavik)
Derke (maybe not the most dominant prime ever, but was the most impactful player on the fnatic dynasty and was very important to their success.)
Nats (if you watched nats on gambit this needs no explanation, but he would somehow manage to lurk his way thru impossible setups, despite teams knowing it was happening, splitting opens maps in a ridiculous manner, teams were so afraid of his lurks it was like they were fighting against ghosts, then on defense he would get criminal amounts of kills from his cypher trips or holds from viper setups, also to my knowledge he invented the bind a short wall plus orb lurk combo.)
cNed (was the first person to truly abuse the OP on jett and teams had no counterplay to it, which was why acend won champs. For sure a top 3 OP player currently and probably #1 or #2 in valorant's short history, and NAVI were able to win by just putting him on jett despite it not even being meta)
Demon1 (he ran thru the 2023 vct competition, while he might be the least deserving on this list arguably, he did come out of maps with insane first bloods numbers, as well as being able to flex onto astra and brim and still shooting better than everybody else in the tourney.)
Alfajer (possibly the most consistently incredible player, he has been the best sentinel or at LEAST the 2nd best sentinel to Less, who could also be on this list. He was just as important and impactful to Fnatic's success over the past year as Derke)
Jingg (he created the PRX style of run it down W key gaming, he could do anything and he could shoot so much better than everybody in 2022 and it would work)
hard to put on the list but the honorable mentions and for sure top 25 primes at LEAST: Mako, FNS, Leo, Chronicle, Less, Boaster, Wardell, SugarZero, Ange1, Leaf, Cryocells, Heat, Seoldam.
donkkomong [#23]They were known as the best controllers in the world. American brain so ignorant, stfu.
dude point to me which tourney did marved or pancada peaked in and i can tell you another player or even a teammate that outperformed them in that same tourney, do you see what im saying here?
moatz [#25]don't worry. as an eu fan, we're just mad bc prime tenz cleared our entire region
nah no way moatz is back🤢🤢🤢

I just think nAts had more impact on how the game was played in general. Of course this is mostly because people were still figuring out how the game works at the time. But after Berlin 2021, the whole world was trying to adapt to nAts' lurks and imitate them. It's hard to imagine that any player will ever have that kind of impact on the scene again.
But I can certainly see the argument for Demon1. It's just hard to compare players across different eras.
jimjam789 [#17]How the FUCK does marved and pancada have higher primes than mako
To be fair it did say prime and not all time
plus Champions Pancada and Icelands Marved were a different breed of pro valorant
eeee333e [#31]Not having TenZ on the list. I assume some people on the vlr forum have a hate boner for him or you just genuinely dont believe he is top 10 peaks on Valorant for some reason?
I agree its pretty bull that TenZ prime wasnt on the list but Demon1 did

bro how is Demon1 n°1
NATS??? Best prime ever
Became an expert in something that no one has been able to do until today
TENZ??? min top 5
No one has ever been as dominant in an event as him
DERKE????
bro he's the most constant player, but he's prime isn't even n°15
Where is Keznit and Chronicle????
both the best of 2021 champs by faaar
this is a delusional american take, top 3 is just stupidly wrong, only agree with yay

is not "still figuring out how the game works"
is just "nAts became an expert in something that no one has been able to do until today"
