Its been 3 years now and they are still at zero. Drx was the best hope but they sucked ass at this event. At this rate if PRX doesnt win one soon China might get one before them
Is it Joever? Or will they grow and improve?
Zaynio [#2]Asia can rest easy when they know they got players like Kang Kang and Jinggg. Those guys are bound to pull a win probably...hopefully...
Jing is most likely going into compulsary military service next year so this champs will be his last chance to win
Zerphyr1 [#4]prx with something = easy champs win
Hmm. Fnc will be tough to beat. And they only get one chance
Congo1 [#7]Hmm. Fnc will be tough to beat. And they only get one chance
ye but fnc will become easier to defeat overtime as the meta might shift before champs and prx came 3rd with A SUB and almost 2nd. Imagine if alfear or leo got replaced with kamyk who has no international experience and has only played twice in Tier 1 (who only gets 10 days off practice). Imagine if that happened in champs with only 10 days off practice with kamyk, do you think fnatic would still come first?
aylez [#8]champions!! prx finally give asia their first win and jinggg finally wins one before military service ( i think ) ^_^
NRG 💢🤬
SigmaMale [#11]NRG 💢🤬
i feel bad for prx though, this is their last chance with jinggg for a while no? their core really deserves it :(

FNS deserves it more 😁

Honestly? Yeah. It would be much closer though

kang kang is not pacific and jingg is going military, so you basically are implying there's no hope for pacific?
it's funny that u asking this question, what answer do you actually want people to tell ? acting like 3 years is a long time, the game isn't even 2 and a half years. when the realty is in the early years EMEA & NA for some reason got 3/4 more slot lmao, (dont even count japan/Kr cuz they got direct invite to Big event also for some reason) when the main competition and lots of potential players are in SEA, but can't show it because it only gets one slot. same as now APAC franchise KR/JP got 5 slot and even 1 they give to indian, then only 4 for SEA PRX,Talon,Secret,RRQ (3 orgs pick up the same old roster) and the last organization wasn't even pick up best roster and actually want trying to win the games.
theosss [#17]Pacific has been steadily improving and getting better results as time goes on (2022 M1 Zeta 3rd M2 PRX 2nd Champs DRX 3rd 2023 lock in DRX 3rd/4th M1 PRX 3rd with sub)
So close yet so far

Prx playstyle makes it alot more easy to adjust with a sub than with any other team who are more strat focused and rely on alot of team plays. Prx you just need a good site execute with a bunch of aim demons.

Nobody is talking about Pacific here but you... the thread is about Asia

Valorant was launched June 2020... how is it not even 2 years and a half? How did you calculate this?

thats one way to cope

No way your one of those people still talking about the APAC Franchise spots lmao
I think u mean kr/jp got 4 slots with kr 3 slots and jp 1 slot while SEA 4 slots
All east asia teams got into playoffs but only 2 orgs from sea from 4 got into playoffs while secret got banged hard by gen.g TWICE lmfao by gen.g who was on like a hard loss streak
"Lots of potential in SEA but only gets one slot" yea and rightfully so cuz prx is the only good SEA team at this point

something was the most prx had to an igl and they played in a more control way and not just pure chaos. something would mainly stop forsaken from over aggressing and other people. Prx doesn't have a set igl although something would make decide what sites to execute and stuff if you listen to their comms

tell me you're not watching SEA val without telling me, even mentioning Secret as an example who i said before pick up the same old roster lmao, why korean deserve that 3 slot ? achievement ? big community and viewers ? Viet val clears ur GEN.G and community
ying [#46]China isn't in asia now ig
including china's victory as the pacific league's victory is cope. china is definitely asian, but it would be damn funny and a reality check as to how incompetent the pacific league is if china wins a tournament before pacific lmao

no one is counting china's win as a Pacific win??? China is in Asia which coincidentally includes Pacific???

It's unlucky really cause Asia has been getting at least top 3 consistently in major tournaments since the start of 2022 but because they have no trophies people count them as a region with no future.
In 2021, Asia Valorant looked like a real dead region but riot still gave them chances and slots coming into 2022, and because of that they improved a lot. I don't think they will stop any time soon.
PRX looks pretty scary after what they have shown in Tokyo playing with a sub. Maybe with something back in they can win one for Asia this year.
Zerphyr1 [#6]Jing is most likely going into compulsary military service next year so this champs will be his last chance to win
The sad part is, he may never return 😔hopefully in champs they give him a farewell
Edit: what I mean by he may never return is his mom said Henie going to persue his studies

Lmao can't win gen.g in playoffs cope harder
