portuguese no bias that's the best language in the world and i'm not even brazilian
nah portugueses is the fucking worst we literally have 4 ways to say "why". so stupid.
i would put galician along with portuguese bc it sounds like a spanish portuguese
Galician is Portuguese even if Galicians don't wanna accept it
Have you heard Euskera tho xD
i think they sould accept it bc even for a brazilian galician is more understandable than portuguese from portugal
Yup it's so weird cause actually his last name is Gallego, (galician), and he is galician. If you watch the EMEA crowd there is always banner that says "Fitinho Vigo esta contigo", Vigo it's his city right in the frontier with Portugal. Celta de Vigo football team
Yeah, it's a very unique language, one of the only ones in the world that does not have relation with any other known language. Like nobody knows where it comes from
yeah i heard that someday
this can be one of the reasons that they want independence, am i right?
nah you're wrong
Portuguese came from a dialect called galaico-português that was spoken along the western coast of hispania (gallician-portuguese) that originated both (portuguese, galician and also xalimego). Não, português não é galego e o galego não é português.
example of each one
galician-portuguese (lyrics on description): https://youtu.be/AoISthBGyak
galician: https://youtu.be/V11f0RVRrRc
portuguese (kinda old portuguese, but much more similar to nowadays): https://youtu.be/81aeJyKAza8
In that you are right. Although I could argue that Galician still carries more weight in terms of lingüistics let's leave it at that ^^
what i could say is that northeastern dialect of brazilian portuguese carries a lot of old portuguese and galician elements and that's why it's more understandable for us than portugal's portuguese (this one changed a lot compared to 1500's)

Italian sounds good to listen to.
In Portuguese, a lot of gringos say that it sounds like music too.
Objektif olmak gerekirse dünyanın en iyi dili, kelime hazinesi geniş ve aynı zamanda çok edebi bir dil.
Hindi saar, but I can speak English fluently and learning Korean rn. Plan to learn Russian as well once im fluent in my Korean
interesting. i have a huge interest on hindi
do you wanna move to some of these countries?
idk about move, maybe. I'm planning to visit Korea tho once im done with my uni.
How'd you develop an interest in Hindi btw if you don't mind me asking?
i see
my interest is because i use to study about compared religions and i have some interest in studying hinduism
not to discourage you but almost any hinduism material that exists in hindi, has been translated to english. The nicher and untranslated works usually exist in sanskrit, pali(buddhism esp) or regional languages like old tamil. The community and culture at large too isnt focused on Hindi in anyway or form and a large part of the population communicates in english, so dont worry about not knowing hindi to learn more about hinduism and related culture
Portuguese, Spanish, English (because world demands, im not much of that language) French and Chinese (difficult af, by i think is fucking beautiful).
British English (US english have weird spelling)
Japanese
Korean
German
Indonesian (Malay spelling/pronunciation seems off)
Arabic - the Language of the Quran and of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
Aramaic/Hebrew - the Language of Prophet Jesus (PBUH) and Prophet Moses (PBUH)
I speak Arabic to God, English to my horse, Russian to men and I never speak to women.
Yeah, São Paulo is very influenced by italians (60% of ancestry)
LMAO THE EDIT
For native Russian speaker, the most beautiful language for me is Portuguese. I can go further and say not the standard one, but Brazilian one, especially Sao Paolo accent. It sounds like it influenced by Italian language. Basically, Portuguese has the same beauty as French, but sounds more mature and gallant, Italian is great too but too quick so has the second place, I would say French is third. And let say jerman is fourth but only if women speak 😂
French is actually a very beautiful language, even though it's fr*nch.
Japanese is also quite nice.
I would like to learn Spanish as well.
persian arabic Urdu, and french, because it reminds me of how fucking poor i am
english because they have shorter word than my first language. very convenient
English... it's pretty easy and convenient and most of the world is comfortable with it
Finnish - most goated language and it isn't even close.
English - so used to hearing and really neutral language in my mind
Latin - just sounds cool af and mighty
Japanese - meh but sounds kind and smooth
Swedish - couldn't think others because most languages suck ass but Swedish definitely best out of Scandi languages and sounds happy
Worst is Dutch or Vietnamise
Finnish because it sounds cool
English because it’s the one i speak
Spanish because I find the swear words funny
Mandarin bc I like the way the tones sound
Portuguese and Spanish are beautiful! Japanese is funny, specifically the japanese casters, I like it! I don't like English, it sounds too "uncivilized", but I kinda like Russian... Don't know why.
