T1 2-1 C9
New players take a while to be integrated for C9. Look when Leaf and poiz joined; they were pretty lacklustre in the beginning. Even if Floppy joins, he will take time to adjust.
T1 on the come up, beating FaZe in a close match. We don't talk about Bind, but Icebox and Split were pretty clean by T1.
C9 kicked 2 of their last IGLs, the players are passing that role around like is hop potato. They are a good team when they turn off their brains and stop thinking, which means that their individuals are really good. If mitch is the IGL I wouldn't even put him on the same level of shakezulla.
This is another example of structure vs aim. T1 already beat FaZe, a team that does what C9 does but much better. C9 gets one map from the individual performance of floppy, leaf, and xeta, but falls in a best of 3.
T1 2-1
regardless of where he got it from he is right. Dumping such a huge role on someone so inexperienced IGLing plus having a new player thats pretty much an unknown is hard even for the most experienced IGLs. turning your brain off and just playing like its a ranked match can be good cause they cant read your play and cant counter call against it.

Wait I'm just now reading through this, why did so many people pick T1? Because of IGL? Mitch is still here. Because of floppy? I mean Relyks wasn't really helping them anyways. Because T1 beat FaZe? Well hate to break it to ya, but FaZe aren't good anymore.
Cloud 9 are clearly the better team before and after qualifier. They deserve to be the favorite, not the team that 75% of people are predicting against...
C9 should technically be the favorite for this whole event...
