Right that's the way it should be. IMO Kru doing what they did in Champions was one of the best things that could have happened for Valorant Esports as a whole. All year it was about NA and EU, meanwhile Kru attended all LANS, getting progressively better. They showed where hard work will take you, no matter your region.

I get where your coming from. I didn't mean they ARE overperforming I just said they may be and only by a small bit. The way I look at it is that if there's an under performance there can also be an over performance. Like when someone drops 30-40 on a map, that's usually an over performance but I also get how you could call it their full potential. Either way I look at the outliers as over/under performances. I do actually think X10 are a really good team tho.

Computer gaming was never that popular in NA. Only in the past couple years has it started growing in popularity. It seems in EU lots of kids start off with computer gaming while kids in NA usually start with console gaming

The rule book can be an easy fix imo. IDK how many cypher glitch cams there are but at least give more than 1 example. And if you use 1 example at least use the one that has gotten 2 teams dq'd already. And the inconsistencies is what makes it just confusing overall. I feel part of it was due to Riot trying to listen to feedback. Cuz at first they just gave Ascend the win and due to the feedback they changed it which was a good decision. However, it should have been caught relatively immediately, and when it wasn't, their initial decision should have just been start map 3 over 7-0. Riot just needs to find a balance between having a backbone and listening to feedback, or just make the right decision initially.

I 100% agree that Riot should have paused the game right than. They said that since it wasn't blatantly obviously a bug, the refs sometime miss things like that, plus Ascend didn't complain right away. The ref being able to miss it, leads me to believe that he may not have known about it, which would support VK argument that they as well didn't know. I truly feel that all player, coaches, and refs have a responsibility to know all the game breaking bugs. With the rulebook specifics, the way I understood it was that there was a rule saying no cypher cams can be used that exploit texture glitches, and they used a different example than the Breeze one. Im not positive on that, but if that is true, they just need to list them out so there's no confusion.

My opinion is that VK should have absolutely been punished since they are responsible for knowing the rules. However, I think context matters and the fact that Riot took so damn long to make a ruling, I felt that the initial win should have stood. It was a unique scenario and overall Riot folded, and with Furia, Riot absolutely fucked them, which is honestly just fucked.

yea Gambit and NV would be a nice rematch but have both looked pretty shaky. I would be surprised if Gambit didn't pull it together in time for playoffs tho, especially since they had some off days.

C9 is a hit or miss, you'll know within the first couple rounds what form they're in for the day. And that was my point if NV lose, regardless of what C9 does, I'll look at NA as bigger losers than BR just cuz NA was expected to do better and they would have just straight choked/underestimated certain regions. With Sen, I've never seen a team get so cocky so quickly after 1 international win. It truly blows my mind.
