What tf do people expect from Sinatraa

I just don't understand the Sinatraa situation
At this point he's an "alleged" rapist but if his gf discontinued the case....what do people expect???..he should never do anything cz he "might" be a rapist.
Why is it so easy to destroy a person's career by putting sexual abuse charges on them???
If the investigation goes forward and he's guilty he should be punished aptly for it and if his ex faked the allegations....she should be punished aptly but how can anyone have the right to call the dude a rapist at this point.
What do u suggest...he should be sitting on his ass waiting for his ex to open the case so that he can prove his innocence or face the consequences of his actions. I just don't know....what do people want lol...what do you think should happen if his ex never reopens... he'll always be a rapist????
