Don't know if there is a correlation but ShahZam has streamed 187 hours in last 31 days and has been active in 30/31 days! Let's compare it to some other top IGLs in the region.
vanity= 68 hours - 15 days active
FNS= 0 hrs- 0 days active
dephh= 0 hrs - 0 days active

I don't have stats for everyone but we can comfortably say ShahZam is quite possible the most consistent streamer among all the IGLs right? I am not against him streaming. I mean if it secures his future then by all means do what you want. But it's stupid to think you wouldn't get outplayed, outsmarted by all the other IGLs who put tons of hours in prepping and has good coaching staff. SEN as an org should be ashamed of doing this to their fans as well. How come you don't have a coach yet in 2022 while your IGL streams all day? Who's gonna make the stup plays, the dafults, the team comp and any strategy for that matter?

Yes. It's not even close! TenZ has 80 less hours but he doesn't have to prep/anti-strat or come up with team strategies imo. ShahZam would have been fine with his stream hours too if he had a coach imo. They look lost and there is no team synergy in clutch situations. They are all good players need more time on the server together to build chemistry , that's all.

I don't blame him at all for that tho. Where the fuck is SEN management to get him some help? Hello? Like what is going on there? They got abandoned or what? Even if the players are the ones making decisions it shouldn't be this bad. They are the only team without a a coach in probably top 20 teams in NA. How is that still not fixed?

Dude ffs, it's well known that Sentinels are washed. No one, literally none tier 1 coach or manager would go to Sen due to their attitude to the game.

T0nz is not praccing, shahzam streaming, the only professional guy in Sen is Sick.

yes their aim really helped them today! you can get away with aim for 1 round , two round or even a map but not an entire tournament.

I agree the team needs to practice more but that's not his fault, this should be considered by the org and management to fix scheduling and get the team to scrim more. He streams when he's not practicing and scrimming with the team, ie in his free time. So again he's only streaming in his free time, how is this a problem

You answered your own question. His streaming is a problem because he has no support. Hes the igl, coach, and analyst. It wouldnt be a problem if sen actually had structure but they dont. Therefore it is currently a problem.

He's the igl, coach, analyst, so he needs to make everything because they don't have coach or analyst to help them out, he's fking streaming and playing ranked. They should sign coach and analyst, even teams that have coach and analyst doesn't stream like him, he's just wants to be a streamer, thats all. Killing this esports team, they need to kick him.

Because they don't have a coach and he chose to do 2mans job alone in prepping, finding team comp etc and he doesn't even do one man's job! Look at FNS or Redgar. They could even make their team win even without having a positive kd. Yes, good aim helps but that's not the most imp thing for an IGL and playing rank doesn't give you good aim or kills in officials.

actually asked about this and shahz is super picky, he wants to get a coach that fits perfectly with their team but they arent signing anyone which is a mistake, even if its not a perfect relationship a coach is still needed

I understand his concerns but if that's the case then he isn't ever getting a coach imma be honest. You can't just scout a coach like a player and pick him up. Poaching a top coach is his only option but the problem is SEN doesn't have the pull power it once had.

usually the org pick a coach first then they build the team, but its not the case for sentinels so its hard to pick the coach rn because the team already have ego and probably not gonna listen to coach

SEN won't get better with a COACH. We already saw how they did in Champions with Rawkus as a coach. Current Sentinel is Shazam's team. Without having a manager with proper control over the team and a coach - players should respect and follow, it's impossible for them to get anywhere near the top.
