India teams - oh my bad its coz they always play each other and they aren't that good hence the improvement is marginal compared to bigger regions
there's like 3 tier1 (VLT GE EG) teams and 4-5 tier2 teams which sometimes win against the tier1 teams and these tier1 teams are adamant on living in Mumbai(5 ping Mumbai 70 ping Singapore) instead of Chennai (35 ping on both Mumbai and Singapore) coz they wanna win mickey mouse tourneys more than official VCT ones coz that's a regular source of Income

Pakistani teams- Team Snakes is a really good team but they never got past tier1 Indian teams and imo its because they always had to play on 50 ping (India doesn't give Pakistanis visa so easily) on Mumbai server but in 2022 apparently best Pakistani Jett will play on a Indian team along with 1 Korean and 1 Filipino player so that could be better than current t1 teams

Bangladesh has 1 good team too but most other players don't wanna play Indian tourneys so they never Improve

Sri Lanka Maldives Bhutan Afghanistan Nepal have 1-2 good players Each but these 5 are wayy behind India Pakistan and Bangladesh so no hopes from their teams

Also zeta is winning because of their insane confidence, timings, and a hard combination of aim and teamwork, not because of experience. They have enough when they played their first lan + multiple and multiple matches against Crazy raccons who basically played all international events

what is your argument?, are you trying to say sa teams are bad because they've got sa players??. experience is what sets a good team from a bad one, for example lets take optic v the gaurd. We know that the tgrd is filled with talent and has the potential to win masters but when put in unexperienced circumstances they lose their cool and that's when optic sweeped them, Similarly if sa only has experience within its region then surely it cant play against teams which are far more experienced like paper rex and the sea teams which play them constantly.

Unfair competition is also another reason, many at times the sa teams have to adjust with ping differences due to their home location and the server where the games are being played on.

also calling them garbage is so pathetic from you because I'm sure all you do is lurk on this site and try to get impressions, if you hate sa teams and sa players just because their south Asian then your not even trying to hide the fact your a racist scum.

Im not reading all that, Sorry if you got so mad at me speaking some facts, but i will clarify to you: even if SA had to go to every masters event they still wouldnt win anything because their players are simple trash, their aim, gamesense etc are just bad. Like i said, unless they have god strats that noone has even seen before they would just simple get destroyed, i watched the global esporte vs velocity game and that shit was just terrible. because SA never had csgo or a game like it blow up. In NA, BR, EMEA etc, most of the pros have some fps gaming background. SA didn't have tournaments on the same level which incentivized teams and players from other regions to get better at these kinds of games. Therefore, as well as being in a "small" region with little room to grow without being invested in, players won't get better if they don't see a future in it. Finally, SA has a large enough population to produce some good talent, but not everyone has access to video games like in other regions. Considering all this, im not surprised that SA isn't very good at the game.

SA as a region is way backwards owing to its cultural background. You are born with expectations that you will be a doctor or an engineers. No one gives a damn about your career choices. So choosing esports or streaming is NOT a career but a pastime. This has changed a bit but there is very limited talent if you think of the fact that 1 in every 6 people in the world is from SA. And also mainting an org is more of a loss making venture here rn. Not enuf sponsors. This will improve ofcourse as the region gets more exposure. Also the inexperience is a big factor which is evident from VLT. They had huge leads against some good teams but couldnt close the map. All these wont fix in a year or two but its a start with Valorant being the first major fps here.

I'm pretty sure there's a lot of new and young talent left to be discovered in SA but right now it's been dominated by old pros who have been playing for a long time...also pc eSports is a new thing..it's a lot more expensive investment and a lot of orgs are not investing in it because it's quite risky..in a nutshell competition is bad ...makes top teams from region non adaptable( just like drx) ...plus it's a new scene
