Why you guys say GMB is top 2 EMEA? It's a real question bcoz they lost to G2 at EMEA Challengers. I'm asking this bcoz i don't watch EMEA Challengers

Lan experience, Adaptability, mental, fearless in lan and great resilience

if you replayed the emea challengers finals 3 more times its almost guaranteed you dont get the same 3 winners every time
mc3 couldve done better on lan maybe thats why

bro idk what are the EU guys are saying but G2 beat gambit and FNC 3-0 i still think g2 is the best EMEA team in masters atm but maybe im on copium i still think they can win it all one of loud players said that g2 is good in scrims and gambit is the best team in scrims in EMEA and g2 beat team 2-0

Won Berlin, made finals in Champions, and looked really good up into the G2 game in Stage 1 Challengers (they missed Iceland by a 0.02 second round). Just unlucky that their one bad game/off day was the game that mattered the most.

Fnatic actually broke gambit when they won that last map in the best of 3 series at OT . After that they kinda just gone.

they lost to g2 on the vetos if were being honest. this g2 was so new I guess nobody knew what were their weak and strong maps. They let them play their two best maps. I will say, however, that if m3c want to continue with their haven insta ban, then they have at least 3-4 other maps in which they're world class. Otherwise it's not sustainable

I think it's cause M3C have more LAN experience and are more consistent as a team
However, saying that they are better than G2 right now is like saying that C9 are better than TGrd
Sure they have more LAN experience and might've done better this event, but there is also a reason that they aren't there

they didnt qualify cuz of a 0.02s round and well they wouldnt have been able to go to Iceland either way but if you replay Challenger playoffs 10 times, 9 times Gambit will qualify, this was just the 1 unlucky time they didnt

its hard to rank the top EMEA teams because of meta change and how small the skill gap is becoming and such, personally i would say GMB is one of the best EMEA teams still. they lost a spot in iceland due to 0.02 seconds and then had to play another bo3 the day after one of the longest matches in VCT history - not to mention they played 6 bo3s in 9 days, thats gonna be hard for any team. also g2 look to be in their peak right now, everything is going right for them and theyre performing amazingly. imo Gmb wouldve been favourites at iceland due to their LAN experience (winning masters berlin, 2nd at champs), theyre undeniably one of the most consistent teams in the world. but i guess we'll see in the next qualifiers if they can stand their ground. (if they can even play)

Tbh the three best teams in Europe aren't in the playoffs
