Is he maybe frustrated because he qualified for Iceland but can't attend the Event? Why this sudden performance drop?

russians can travel to iceland im pretty sure
only flights from russia are banned to iceland
not their visas itself
so they can travel to another european country like serbia or something and then go to iceland
