Of course there are usernames like this everywhere but i feel like there are WAY more of them from these regions

English words sound cool to foreigners, you might not think that these words sound cool, which I get, since I don't find Czech words cool either and when I saw a Finnish guy in my MM game using a Czech word in his nickname I was literally cringing, but that's just how it is (imo)

Zest on the other hand is eccentric and still cool.

anything english to us, white complexion, is superior to most of the people in general. they feel cool using english names. thats the reason why people ask go on asking validations to other region players

it's because any language that is not very well known to the speaker usually feels a bit cool

Just like any other language, whether it's Greek, Latin, french language or even Sanskrit language
