NA have always been Riots golden boy they will do anything they can to keep NA in the inside circle not matter how bad or good they are that specific season.. NA probably have 10x more money to throw at Riot compared to KR, CHN, EU and thats is saying alot.. The thing with EU tho is that its the favorite region of them all but they still dont have the same amount of money so they need to give and take when it comes to these tournaments.

This is my personal opinion so its not facts but i definitely think this is how it is..
