idk man i never liked NRG/OPTIC but i just feel bad for FNS for all the hate they are getting
Thats partly true, his calling was pretty CSpilled at a time when many teams weren't at a high level tactically, but it definitely made his calls look better when he had guys that could just execute better. Now though the game is so advanced and he's been unable to adapt. His ego probably doesn't help with that either
Agreed, it was very strange that FNS never took time to actually aim train and kinda just knocked that advice away saying “he doesn’t need it.” You really think he would try his absolute hardest to end it on a good year before his retirement. I do think they practiced really hard but he should of tried individually to be the best he can be besides just team practice and strats.
Nah they did this to themselves. That podcast ep came out and everyone shit on verno for weeks. Mibr sign him, they vocally back him and the narrative changes. In a recent podcast nrg were still shady about the verno situation and doubling down. This is why teams release a pr statement and dont talk much about it or give vague answers.
Ok I mean guys FNS is playing like ass, can't shoot nor call right now, but where do you get this narrative that he doesn't aim train lol
There's no way he as a pro decides "yeah I'm just not going to train the fundamental aspect of this game," he might try and still suck but there's no way he doesn't atl try
