I feel so bad for NRG management fr

They got into franchising and wanted to build a champs winning team, so they acquired the old optic core

Keith and s0m tried their best, but ultimately FNC, BLG and cgrs were too much for them, and they ended their year in failure

They retry in 2024 spending crazy money for a new champs winning roster, only for demon1and marved to turn into lemen1 and ice-cream-man.

Their back against the wall they dead ass try again with fns in 2025 only to display some of worst teamplay and losing the one new talent that could save the roster.

What do you mean you feel bad for NRG Management? They are the reason this team has been in the gutter since franchising started. First they make it decently far but blame Ardis for not reaching their potential, blame Marved when the second go around dosnt work and cut him, then FORCE demon1 off his roll that won him champs in the first place and bench him for som and FNS, and when that dosnt work they bring in the best player from tier2 who’s young and needs development but instead of doing that and leading the player you signed they drop him, where he goes on to have success in another org. NRG is managed by clowns

i dont feel one bit sorry for them. their management was straight awful in scouting and solving issues in the team. They signed players that dont even care about winning and showed not motivation to win. this season we know s0m and fns are retiring from the start so it gives more pressure for them to perform which isnt good for a team to win championships

I'm so ready for FNS to retire, don't really watch his streams but I'm sure people more people want him as a streamer at this point than a player. Sucks that s0m refuses to play without him he's a great talent who will probably go down as one of the biggest 'What If's" in Valorant history.
