EDG doesnt need more firepower, but someone who can use actual util. Jieni had full util when kangkang rushed in site and died. there is no fucking way muggle isnt insane or threatened to let this dogshit player on stage. he literally botfragged in some challengers game against kangkang's friend's team with 2 retired cs pros, like lowkey just send jieni back to challengers he is fucking horrible. it doesnt matter how many u kill when u cant enable ur top1 player in champion seoul Mr Zmjjkk to farm the enemy team.

those are 2 different stories.
simon arrived to replace haodong, who was already doing bad and had clashing positions with the other 4. simon replacing haodong has solved the problem of the lack of util in edg, which was very effectively shown in the first game against drg although they lost.
jieni joined to replace simon, a champion winner and master 2nd runnerup. if you are gonna replace someone like that, at least be somewhat good at the game? masters Toronto is in 2 months, and jieni cant even give basic initiator util to help the team, and his aim isnt even competent on a international level. he HAD 7 ASSISTS ON BREACH ON LOTUS, where more than half of them are dmg assists instead of util. the only thing proven is that this is a stupid roster move
simon's breach and kayo are way better than jieni's, and jieni's yoru/deadlock is the most an average pro player level. besides the lack of util by jieni made kangkang perform so bad cuz he had like 0 util when entrying. can you believe when neon entries, the breach has full util? i can count at least 5 times that jieni has blinded his teammates. on lotus when jieni had the position of his enemy he just ego swing and dies instead of using his stun. he is a mediocre aimer with horrible util. simon+kangkang would do better than jieni+kangkang.
