these are teams that will quite literally never be good without significant roster change but ppl still see some "potential" in them

PRX are not good (j0nggg)
DFM are not good (oh wow u beat j0nggg so impressive)
FUT are not good (never have been, never will)

also

TLN are not going to be good (unsubstantiated but still true)
China teams are not good (they just need time though, doesn't change that they're ass rn)
