I could be a bit harsh but China so far has been a bit unwatchable. Last year specially stage 2 was some of the most fun Valorant I have seen. This year for some reason it just feels like the level has gone down a bit where the good teams are simply running away with it without any sort of competition from the lower or even mid table teams. This is not very fun.

To be fair there's been a lot of roster changes, and many of these new players seem to be migrants from games like CF. I think we give them some more time (which is fair because they got the game late) and maybe it'll start getting better.

No like I said, I loved the progression at the later half of last year. It was so competitive where the lowest wins any team got was 4 and 4th position qualified with 5-6. It was so competitive. It seems like they have taken a step back.

Yeah I'm aware I'm just saying that since last season there has been many changes to the less competitive teams.

Agreed, China's level has been pretty low so far but many teams have roster changes and are trying out Waylay in their comps

It feels like team from top to mid level have gotten stronger while bottom level teams haven't improved much.

Yeah competition seems weaker now. It's probably cause more teams are stable now and bottom teams haven't improved much.

end of last year was competitive quite literally because edg and fpx were hard inting certain games. fpx's loss to tec, for example, should never have happened. the gap wasnt closing in cn, top teams were just mega burnt out and not playing as well as they should
