So many major early roster changes lately. Furia, MIBR, Lev, NRG, Liquid, GenG, and now maybe Vitality too? Some even right before the season starts again. Is everyone just suddenly fighting each other? Are trials being misleading? Do meta changes affect previously built teams? What is going on?

its bc the early format was so trash, they probably dont even know if they NEED to make changes or not since they didnt really play all that much, and then had a 1-2 month break for no reason

i agree that format is trash and they needed to play more but i also think that they could use the time to figure out things more instead of already taking out players not even six matches into the year

Format is absolute shit + franchising only favors orgs, there should be some sort of relegation system since orgs are doing fuck all and turning players into soulless husks

i agree format is shit but i think orgs also have a pretty dumb way of handling it. for instance, apparently natank had some problems but the team was like "he can stay we can work on that" but management just really wanted him out. like i understand some things happen behind the scenes but some decisions just feel so rushed and unnecessary

Well, I presume they all need IMMEDIATE results. if waiting for split1 fucking around and trying to fix things could lead to your team placing 7-8th by the end of the season, and when it could eventually become the reason for you missing out on champs, then yeah you might as well just kick the guy who's causing trouble since it's obviously easier and quicker way of solving issues.

i think split 2 reset the scores so a bad split 1 dont really influence on split 2 results. also 8 playoff spots give pretty much room for mistakes and natural evolution. so there's really not that much need for immediate results
