same, i just got red carpet last week and the week before
silver-gold feels like filled with asc-immo. i fragged well in gold and that usually converts to a win, but not with this time.
it's either i'm fragging and my team arent or the opposite.

I just wanna do the most I can to try win. people already barely comm. I just give a basic preround plan and say "can we do this" in the mid rounding so nothing to complicated, ive got a decent sense of the game so I feel confident to do so. There are games where ive tried not igling and just letting things go but I havent seen much difference in my personal performance (except I do get caught out less 1-2 times cuz im watching the minimap less per game)

I think chamber is the problem, OCE ranked in this elo is already double duelist every game. By playing chamber you int your comp beyond repair (not saying that u cant win because of chamber, just that it makes it WAY harder)

yeah but I get kicked off the smoke role so often because they always is 2 instalock duelists and a clove. and opping on sentinel is very iffy (opping is what im best at) im prob gonna be filling killjoy some more tho because the chamber isnt working out

I do hop off the chamber many times it just hasnt been that successful (especially intiator). I was originally a smokes only player but then clove came out and ive kinda be hopping around the sentinel role which is very awkard to op

literally play anything else beside chamber, you can find more value in the senti role than ini or smokes since you don't rely on your team as much, smoking and initiating a shit duelist will only upset you more.

with Cypher you can get tons of invaluable info and help lock sites/areas down and give your team more freedom, as well as find good timings yourself.

I get what you mean, completely. I dont play smokes that often because there is always a clove instalock, and I just do worse if I cant op. Ive played quite a bit of other sentinels such as cypher killjoy with relative success. Chamber is just nice cuz I can quickly rotate to both sites and I can op comfortably. I think I will switch to playing killjoy some more (and omen) when I can but I wouldnt be shocked if my performance goes down as a result. (basically solo winning rounds is just eaisier on chamber)

yeah I have 0 clue how to improve my KAST, its always been shit, any tips would be great. I also dont like the idea of not filling (except intiator because I cant frag on the role so ive stopped playing that). but ive always played comfortably on sentinel, controller and duelist. I can perform on those roles so I dont think filling is bad in that aspect.

I also never run it down. I usually solo hold site or mid with an op and play retake on the other site or on attack I usually lurk with some exceptions for a mix up or if my team is usually unable to enter site or win a specific choke (such as lotus A rubble). so im not sure what gave you that impression.

yeah thats true, I lurk a lot, and so I cant really be traded. Another thing is that if I do go with the team, its because my team is already struggling to win any contenstion of an area (such as site or lotus rubble or fracture A main etc) so most of them cant trade me because the team play just isnt there. I try to comm to swing together when im with my team but hasnt worked out as you can see.

oh yeah also I said soloholding brings my kast down is cuz it means if they go the other site and win it then I usually have to retake with an op which means 90% of the time I just die without getting a kill

my kast average lately is like 70% its not great but I just find it hard to bring impact to every round if I hard anchor cuz I either I play retake 2v4 or my team just wins the fight site

chamber is part of the problem, but the real problem is your just queueing with ppl with bad stats, its gonna affect you. If you really care about rank, just something to consider.

if you really want to improve long term and this will also prob improve your win rate bcs clove winrate is good. Its running it down with clove without throwing. you will get way more fights and improve at a faster rate mechanically and also if you play ranked a lot like this you will learn timings naturally. its the best method to improve imo by far. it might be a big playstyle change for you since your chamber main and 100% lead to decline in stats short term, but you will for sure get better long term. just weigh your values

by the way ignore aim training warmups/ vod reviews/ youtube video/ online course bs,its a waste of time for you right now. just playing ranked is 10x btter. clove run it down and playing lots of ranked is unbeatable strat. until you start pracing or playing with a team for money, vod reviews, coaching, and warmups should be ignored

you have to understand why you died while spectating and preround. spending time watching a whole vod is just wasting another match. also focusing on stats on tracker gg is a curse, just play to improve. clove will fuck up your stats
