Why is FNS so important?

I understand he's an IGL but he's older and his mechanics are dropping lower. Why not invest into the younger players and keep verno and bonkar???

Is there really no younger IGL's? Stellar, Runi, poised, gmd, or someone even younger and mold them

honestly realy think all their igling is no way close to like fns but frtagging nowadays is super important so prob could look at options but i think best fit would be like rossy or stellar but if fns goes som will go and thats too much to change now

Not trying to discredit FNS's ability to read the game bc its definitely one of the best. However, when a player comes out and says its his last ride and the team is internally bad. I would bail if I was the org and keep bonkar (who is highly regarded as a coach by sayf, dapr, etc.) and verno who has alot of room to grow.

And if s0m goes with FNS, you can bring in skuba, who rob said he would sell for cheap off cubert.

Exactly. At this point, I'm assuming it's a Rossy situation potentially where Mada and Ethan also had a problem with Verno or they just decided to side with s0m/fns.

Leaning on his experience more than anything else, but I do agree that experience does not guarentee success. NRG does seem like the type of org that is not too interested in developing talent. Only reason we see Verno and mada is because FNS lowkey wants those players in his team.

When you only have 1 year of s0m/FNS and the team is bad, its tempting to jump ship no? This isn't a tenz/sacy situation where they had a real opportunity to win. Try to get stellar/skuba and keep verno/bonkar

verno has higher upside compared to s0m, initiator players are more rare than controllers

i'd argue s0m is just as valuable, you dont see too many insane fraggers who are also very vocal in game

Yeah but if you have some guy that (allegedly) punched someone, maybe the problem isn't about skill or potential, perhaps its about attitude and discipline. However, it assault is not the case, I do find the benching rather puzzling.
