I deadass think if gc players spread out onto multiple t2 teams rather then stacking one, we would see far more success across the board, they are just not at the level yet, would actually like to see this team improve tho bc it would be better for the game.

So just like Bob and Flor? I def agree. Those a prob the best 2 GC alumn and they both did that

the prematch odds were 3.3 to 1, QoR were expected to win by a decent margin just based off that

Mental barrier, they receive so mush hate and doubt, when you start loosing you can spiral

these losses kinda just prove that they are not ready yet. i dont think u can improve by continuously losing like this

in what other situation would they be "ready"? they qualified and aren't doing much worse than Winthrop or the premier teams. someone's gotta be at the bottom ¯_(ツ)_/¯

many teams have qualified and not been ready lol and ur right someone has to be at the bottom. problem is they are on their way to getting relegated if they keep losing like this.

I agree with ur point that someone has to be at the bottom, but this statement is straight up not true. for starters WU has won a match again Ambrosia, which is a pretty respectable win, while SRG are losing badly to QoR, and if you watch T2, iykyk.

(Premier teams almost always get relegated, and I’ve heard that Hakikimori has peak imm 2 players)

However, ignoring the match that is happening rn, SRG have been competing at a T2 level and although they’re not winning , it’s not like they’re losing every map.

I think people gotta remember SRG are supposed to be a bottom T2 rn. They’ve tried across multiple years to reach T2, and so when they get in of course they’re gonna be at the bottom. They need to keep working their way up like they have in the past, and this season is their chance to prove that they can do it that before relegation.

I used winthrop as an example because they're at the bottom half despite not being trash at the moment. My point was that there's a difference with not being able to COMPETE and not being READY for the overall skill level. Winthrop can't compete against the top teams but they can still contend enough to be middle pack, and for being a collegiate team that's pretty fucking good. SRG can't compete with many teams at all but that doesn't mean that they're doomed and can't improve to a better condition later and prove themselves, like you said

exactly. its the situation with many of the ascension teams. the only case is the guard/G2 where they exceeded expectations from being a T2 team so massively but then again they made changes to pick leaf up. SR need to play more and learn from it. itll be probably tough mentally but yk its needed.

except you kinda can tho. bcos how else are you gonna learn and adapt to the players and the level of play if you arent playing in it. its like practicing for something you dont know is gonna happen or anything at all how can you lmao?

Gc is like T3, but now they can improve as a team, surely they Will need changes to be competitive
