they have great mechanics but they dont have a set igl and they play like its ranked what do they need to fix personally i think their team has great mechanical players but they still dont win as much

im not an analyst but they been looking like a dysfunctional ranked team lately
not ego. they need to get with the times and stop trying to out-firepower their way to internationals. they've gotten complacent and need to accept that it isn't 2022-23 anymore

its like they were gonna play nicely like preseason and playing default comps and all but then tejo came and prx coach said fuck it back too rush spam bs and yea sold the bag hopping they do well and switch back to default with little twists and they'll be good in stage one <33
hard reset tbh, whether it'll be rebuilding the roster/whole fundamental gameplay.
With time you need to upgrade either your playstyle , strats or team . Unfortunately PRX failed to do all of these things . Last VCT year passed by just saying jing need time to adapt team need time to play more compacted etc etc . Till date some fans expect these player will adapt to meta , peek togeather etc .I love these guys but this is the time to break apart this team so it doesnt become more toxic towards them . And if they choose to cont. with same team i will be rooting for them no matter what happens but i will say its gonna very difficult to qualify an international this season .
kick smth and jinggg and do whatever you can to sign primmie and a senti or init player
theres so many cracked duelists carrying their team and their duelists avg like 1 kd

Kick: Jinggg, Something
They need 1 duelist who can play both Raze, Jett, Neon, and 1 initiator who can play any initator (including scan initiator)
D4v4i can focus on Sentinel and flash initiator (for double initator comp) + IGLing
f0rsaken flex (as always) but play duelist (double duelist comp)
Mindfreak play Omen/Viper/Astra/Brimstone
Without Something, they have wider option for player outside APAC
shouldnt they get another igl instead of d4v4i plus isnt f0rsaken more of an igl? but i think your ideas are still very good
Its okay to kick both something and jinggg. Both of them will do better in another team.

just add one of these two players:
+JessieVash (dedicated sova player, decent english)
+Jremy (he was happier when he is with jinggg as his teammate in ranked)
kick something and add Jcvash or Jremy
cut something. he was hyped up to be one of the best players and honestly ever since post tokyo he didn't seem all that crazy and sure he's had some clips but like not THAT many
idk I feel like he has been their most consistent player overall even though he's playing initiator half of the maps.
he hasnt even reached his full potential yet + i would call him top 3 best flex opers

After their horrific performance at Kickoff it's undeniable that they need a roster change. It would suck seeing them breakup but it needs to happen. They are complacent at this point and removing either Something or Jingg could bring greener pastures for PRX. Their drive to win feels gone.

They need to kick something & jingg maybe. Find a real initiator. This team doesn't have a good sova/tejo player. Even when they play fade or breach, they look so mid on it. None of them a true initiator. Also get a duelist, who able to play all of the agents.

and yea as for others a dedicated voice in the team and discipline
take it this way prx is a spectrum
mindfreak being the uber chill disciplined guy and at the very end is jingg who is super aggressive and well the rest are in between
if you kick THE player who literally defined their playstyle once they brought him in the team is dead bro
most VCT watchers are so braindead and go by recency bias
for jingg if the agro play works ppl call him the best but if that same play fails they go "TROLLING EWWW WASHED BENCH HIM"
so no they have the perfect 5 players who are like family and know each other very well
its just that they cant run a hivemind calling system anymore and need a dedicated igl
i can even say that not keeping bulb was a troll move cuz alecks is without a doubt a great coach its just that he needs someone to do some analysis stuff for him kinda like drewspark for SEN
the rest well lean more into tejo and play like radiant invitational
man i think this as well i dont think they should split up but i also do at the same time they will fall behind if they play like they did at kick off
