The best duelists of Emea are Russians. So I imagine that they should represent the duelists. I just don't know about the other roles.

Likely Turkey or Russia. Russia has Derke(if counts), purp0, something, b1sk etc. Turkey has Xeus, cNed, Lewn, Comeback, QutionerX, Izzy, qw1 etc.
I think Poland is good shout as well with Kaajak, Kamo, Filu, Xuss, Maniak.
but overall these 3 nations produce best talent overall in EMEA.
