Tbh Emea is the region I watch less, so my opnion is worth as nothing.

Likely Turkey or Russia.
Russia has Derke(if counts), purp0, something, b1sk etc.
Turkey has Xeus, cNed, Lewn, Comeback, QutionerX, Izzy, qw1 etc.

I think Poland is good shout as well with Kaajak, Kamo, Filu, Xuss, Maniak.

but overall these 3 nations produce best talent overall in EMEA.
