Now we have another bunch of klowns who want to invalidate past success of some of these pros. They are so hell bent on writing off these great teams of the past just coz their virgin selves didn't sincerely follow the game back then

You don't say. Great self reflection tho.

None of these teams have any past success, what are you waffling about lmao?

I am not the one who seriously invalidates success of teams that no longer exist. There have been like 50 Ange1/Boaster posts of how lucky they got with their success, maybe focus on that blud

What did this iteration of Sentinels win? They have played like one game and according to my prediction they won't be qualifying for any international VCT events, my original comment doubles down on that.

Curbert literally had no existence like couple of weeks ago. I don't find Nismo and Tdawgg to be good players, there are legit other rosters in NA T2 that can mechanically crush them

the overall record is 90-52 to sentinels between those two, from what I've tracked

Honestly they could be practicing anything, this is probably the one scrim that I won't be putting anything real stock into since both teams are buying into the same gameplan and sharing information with each other, with the added flexibility of being able to run drills/lineups repeatedly like what EG did in 2023.

why do people read into scrims so much? teams could be specifically working on one thing and dont care if they win or lose

idk if teams do this, but could they potentially try to practice how to work in like man disadvantages

never seen any team do something like that, and realistically not the best way to get value out of your scrims

probably because we cant see inside of the scrims...?

#30

this just in: people can see inside of the scrims they participate in
i have never been on or scrimmed against a team that has gone in to spend their scrim practicing how to play number disadvantages
and again, probably not a great way to get value from the scrim

so do teams actually practice man disadvantages or are you talking about working on one specific thing?

#26

Can't confirm or deny if they practice man disadvantages though I would guess during server time where they might be going over specific ideas in man disadvantages, but I'm talking about working on specific things.

no shit teams work on specific things in scrims lmfao im clearly talking about number disadvantages

i understand the principle but i think it'd be better to leave it to mechanics to each individual player primarily.
because if you want to practice mand disadvantages it'd be inefficient, since you'd have to leave out at least one player, even more if you want to practice greater disadvantages. and it's not as if a team goes in trying to anticipate a specific player dying early, in that case they'd play around that instead you know?

#33

no i know, it was just an idea that popped into my head. i feel like with the people that are dead, it would be good practice for them to work on their comms, no?

classic f00ria, probably just doing contact plays and winning aim duels every round, meanwhile the other team is actually testing tactics and macro. on scrim it works, when they get to stage they're clueless
