As a coach i don't think he is. He produced good results for how bad his teams often were.
The question is if he is making the roster decission or if some of them are out of his control.
Why is Xeppaa still there? Does he have Dirt on someone or does immi actually think hes good?
The Rossy and moose part to my understanding were initiated by players on the team and immi had to comply and he prob still made the best out of that situation.
