how did you get over your fears?

im scared of every insect, reptile, and dogs, how did y'all got over your worst fear?

My worst fear is people im not over it yet bruh

Keep interacting with it till you arent scared

Try to have a conversation with them, especially when it comes to animals. I know it sounds ridiculous, but personifying animals when they unsettle you does wonders to the mind. Personally, I talk to myself when I'm in scary places.

Breathing techniques help. Confronting a fear and learning to relax and let go instead of gripping it harder. Once again steady deep breathing helps

as you get older nothing really scares you anymore

i mean if ur italian 2 of these arent really much of an issue, dogs on the other hand are everywhere.

Like ever since i learned that bears dont care if ur dead or not before they start eating u ive had an irrational fear of them(Irrational because they dont exist on my side of norway)
