calori deficit+find a way to lower your appetite that is healthy for you,not gonna delve on specifics cuz different people have different solutions so take your time and experiment with foods. Do not rush the process,it will ruin mental and its really hard to go next if you relapsed hard

greek/plain yogurt helps in my case. For a more general advice increasing protein ratio +lowering sugar in meals help with reducing cravings

Do this to figure out the calories you can intake and replace your foods with lower calorie versions, but keep up protein, so you don’t lose muscle lol

Exercise wise do either of the following, rated from most effective to somewhat effective:

  1. 20-30min stair master
  2. 10k Steps a Day
  3. 30 min of cardio

Also diet sodas help with hunger and cravings. You can also drink water and chew gum to keep away appetite. Please don’t starve yourself though.

Exercise for an hour or two daily ( depending on urself, either gym or self ones)
Don't eat shit or drink shit like cold drinks or burgers from fast food restaurants
