5 servings fruits and vegetables, create a list of healthy meals you can eat for each of the 2 or 3 meals, drink a lot of water
eat 1 salad a week. give yourself cheat meals every day. exercise little to none. now you lose weight like a true american 🦅 🇺🇸
calori deficit+find a way to lower your appetite that is healthy for you,not gonna delve on specifics cuz different people have different solutions so take your time and experiment with foods. Do not rush the process,it will ruin mental and its really hard to go next if you relapsed hard
greek/plain yogurt helps in my case. For a more general advice increasing protein ratio +lowering sugar in meals help with reducing cravings
Intermittent fasting. If you can't do that, wait a few months till ramadan and do it with the muslims.
