everything else was pretty easy though tbh, even the fan chaining and setup; just need to do PSU now and AIO

i'd suggest pcpartpicker, it's of great help if you're unsure two parts are compatible

Yes you should build your own for these few reasons:

  1. Pre-builts are not fairly priced and mostly are scams to sell shitty configs
  2. Building your own pc ofc helps you connect with your pc more ykwim
  3. Building by yourself gives you the knowledge you will need while upgrading

what went wrong in your case is either you didn't do enough research (clearly you didn't and its okay) or didn't consult any friend that has experience with it (I doubt you have any friends since you're here)

unnecessary hate, secondly yes i didnt do enough research; i did like 1 hour worth of research for CPU GPU MEMORY FANS and STORAGE just to find out PSU is the most important one πŸ’€ . thirdly we will own fnatic in ONE tournament

Always buy a PSU with 80 Plus Gold or higher and sum the power usage of your CPU and GPU to know which one buy.

bro 80 plus is kinda fake, you should buy psu's by their reputation and sometimes not even that, i used a KCAS 400w with a gtx 1660 super for months and it didn't explode
