Kanye’s best album hands down. AAAAHHHHH I MISS HER MAN FUUUUUCCCKKK!!!! HEY HEY HEY HEY DON’T SAY YOU WILL! YOU WILL! YOU WILL! HEY HEY HEY HEY AAAAHHHH 3 minutes of masterpiece beat
I love listening to kanye because it's cool to be able to appreciate multiple aspects of his music and attribute it to him. It's ok if you didn't like how he altered his vocals with autotune, but because you know he mostly produces and also writes his own music, I can appreciate the significant meaning behind the use of samples or auto tune in his music, for example. And when the lyrics are really good, then I can also appreciate how he played a role in writing them. My point is, when any aspect of a kanye song is good (beat, rap, the production, the lyrics), you can give him credit for that. Also I don't think there is any rapper in the hip hop industry from late 2000s onwardswho has had as much impact and influence on the direction of hip hop as kanye has. 808s and heartbreak definitely was one of his boldest most experimental projects out there, but I loved it from the first listen. Like I said in another comment, it's in my top 5 kanye albums (the other 4 in no particular order are yeezus, donda, mbdtf and ye)
