AfteR, a former head coach of Chinese giants EDG since 2020, assumed an inactive role within EDG in June of this year after disappointing results to begin China Stage 2.
Haodong has been on EDG's roster since the 2021 season, and has spent a portion of that time as the team's in-game leader. Earlier this year, he was replaced by S1Mon one game into Stage 2.
With EDG in 2024, the pair helped the organization lift trophies at China Kickoff, and China Stage 1 as a player, and after transitioning to coaching, helped the team lift trophies at Stage 2 and Champions Seoul. It is believed that Haodong will return as a player for Titan. He boasts experience as the former in-game leader for EDG.
Following a 5th-6th place finish at China Evolution Series Act 3: Heritability to end their 2023 season, they started their 2024 VCT season by picking up seasoned Korean veteran Rb , a founding member of DRX.
Titan had a tough 2024 VCT season. After being eliminated in the play-ins of China Kickoff, they went 2-3 in Stage 1, missing out on playoffs. They wrapped up Stage 2 with just one win and an overall 3-7 record that made them the last-placed team in VCT China.
