With no actual CIS challenger.
Imagine if CIS players actually have their own league, it might be another EMEA (or EU to be precise) tacfps domination.

Ah yes, cuz there are so many orgs unrelated to the russian government/bettors, enough to field a league

Saudis sports washing gone now.
I feel like riot would have too many questions to cis orgs.
Spirit - Betboom sponsor
Aurora - 1xbet
Betboom - self explanatory
VP - russian ties + winline

Like if you go into the niche things, Betboom opened offices in Crimea, they are not registered in Ukraine therefore they think Crimea is Russia which goes against internationally recognised borders.

There is no person in cis who wants to play cis because valarante child game.... look to cartoon grapfix to make kid player happy like children show.. valarante cartoon world with rainbow unlike counter strike with dark corridorr and raelistic gun.. valarante like playhouse. valarant playor run from csgo fear of dark world and realism

I know it's a joke reply, but valorant literally found 0 traction in cis cuz it's in the middle of two demographics. Kids who play brawl stars and other mobile shooters and teens/adults playing CS/dota.

nah ur just a CS fanboy.. valorant is quite popular in NA and other regions like korea and china and brazil and turkey.. there is no reason to believe even if CIS had a seperate region it would translate to superiority in Valorant.. ur just basing that off CS popularity.. and although early val pros were all cs pros that has changed over time.. Valorant is its own game now and there is no reason to believe that skills will translate at the highest level

I mean cis lost its chance of a scene with the war happening. Now valorant is just that, a side game. I feel like one of the gambit guys said in 2021 that he would like for valorant to overtake cs in cis but that was delusional from the start and now impossible. CS and Dota are like a more popular sport in cis than football/hockey among youth.

I mean look at CN, JP and APAC, there are a lot of cracked russian players. Now imagine if these russian have their own league.

Not enough orgs willing to go in. Content creators for valorant are also lacking

Ehhh not really sure about JP, the only Russians left in vcj scene are probably Dreamer and xero666 and it seems like they are not being picked anymore. It seems like they've squeeze out Vladivostok alr

Lumo LFT
Jemkin and something already in Tier 1
Vici disappeared
Kr1stal is in a limbo ( not sure which orgs will pick him)

Also, I heard ( CMIIW) that xero666 is actually toxic so no want really wants to pick him.

So you're only left with dreamer and kr1stal

VCJ should scout north korean talent atp smh but jokes aside while yes VCJ doesnt have a lot of RU players as of rn but historically it showed the hype still there for CIS people.
While i personally think vladivostok should counted as VCJ region at this point.

Imo nah, they don't produce talents as many as koreans(we are talking about Vladivostok not russia as a whole)

new jp faces started to show up in japan ( which is great),

also Jake sin once tweeted that regulations made it impossible to merge between jp and other regions ( dk abt this might need to verify this later)

Russian don’t care about this game, even when they had CIS qualifier

they do, there are 2 kazakh players farming SA challenger and many others spread out throughout different team. With a huge cracked players talent pool, gathering 3/4 CIS org to play on their own circuit wouldnt that hard, no?

I was talking about viewership, the viewership of Russian channel was way lower than Turkish and Spanish at that time
Meanwhile Csgo heavily rely on CIS
