Cloudberry has taken a break from valorant and the internet as a whole. This break extended to premier and as such Cloudberries were down 1 this week.
This week's map was bind, a map we were confident on as it's one of the original maps and was one of the maps we've played countless times on. Our original plan was to run a a pretty normal comp. However we felt confident in our fragging ability to run double duelist and overwhelm on attack and frag out on defense.
Our first map was a one sided win, we ran simple 4 1 executes and mainly wanted to work fast and catch the defense off gaurd. We were able to frag out easily and win 13-3.
For our second map we played the same comp but changed the roles of our duelist and sentinel as our players weren't very comfortable on raze. We played a close game, however our enemy team were able to play more hero plays and our raze player struggled to frag out.
We ended this week 4-4 in maps with 500 points. We are 1 win off of playoffs and next up is abyss. We hope to close it out on our first map of abyss and qualify to playoffs.
