I heard that Boom will replace Zesbeew with Gotten, my question is, isn't Zesbeew much better than Gotten? He has a much better shot, stats, and experience than gotten. And he is also a player who can increase the motivation of the players around him.
What considerations is Boom thinking?

Gotten has much stronger firepower, u can see zesbeew dominating local VCL but struggling in ascension, imagine him in franchising where the floor for firepower is much higher.

Better stats against weaker competition dont mean anything

to be fair, AE vs BOOM at finals was close match, and its was mental that different from that 2 team, Gotten has really good aim and also the anchor of the team, so he being 5th for BOOM was not downgrade IMO

By that logic, kush is a shit pickup by RRQ because Kush never qualified for Ascension but we all know that he's the GOAT.
Im not fully buying Gotten stock yet but there's still others option because BOOM CEO speak highly of ARF player too.

Its not an upgrade if the guy is not even close to Zesbeew on stat board
Even in 1 on 1 grand Finals Zesbeew diffed him hard.

Even I want BME to succeed, but gotten is not the guy who could create a DIFFERENCE here

BOOM CEO already answered most of these concern in the ACER Predator Podcast. He said that if they can, they want to be a more International team similar to PRX or RRQ (2-3 Indo player + other nationality and comms in english).
But its the same reason why they decided to pick Indo player is because they only got 1 year and 1 chance and need to make it to champs or else they're gonna be kicked from VCT pacific. He think that changing comms now from Indonesian to English is a priviledge of teams who already on riot franchise program because they can "experiment" with comms and player nationality knowing that their spot are always there in VCT Pacific unlike BOOM Esport (GE, T1, RRQ, TLN, etc were all experimenting because their spot are guaranteed by RIOT).

Unless you are suggesting BOOM to drop all their Indonesian player and pick international player despite them being the runner-up for ascension with the current roster -zesbeew, if they do that then BOOM Image would be much much worse than RRQ "4 pinoy 1 Indo" during early franchise announcement lmao.

I think what he means by "none of them has ever played in tier 1" means for the 3 strong candidates, not the entire 6 players on the list. He also said if the 3 strong candidates didn't work he would try for the other 3.

He also said "They are not all Indonesian" From what I've remembered, I think the 6 names are not all Indonesian maybe? (even tho the switch to English is unlikely)

Gotten is still not finalize i think CMIIW.. The CEO hint suggest that they're trialing AE and ARF players with other foreginers.
BlaZek1ng are in a weird situation, maybe he's gonna play for GE next year because his tweets are hinting that he's currently in the middle of a "Trial" and the only APAC team currently trialing a bunch of player are GE. blazeking havent post any follow-ups LFT post like Lmemore where i think he recently failed GE trial.

Xccurate based on recent stream already made-up his mind to focus on being a streamer for T1 and at the same time thinking what he's gonna do in the future.

BOOM CEO already SAID THAT the team are gonna comms in BAHASA INDONESIA.. similar to T1 becoming full Korean because they want to comm in korean instead of english. if you want more korean representative in BOOM then i think you need to convince them to learn Indonesian first.

Yes that is true, but he said it himself that BOOM only got 1 year on VCT Pacific so there's litrally no time for them to "Try" to change their comms from Indonesian to English..
Unless BOOM Esport is promoted into VCT in 2027 and have a permanent spot or qualifying for champs and secured another year in VCT pacific, then BOOM probably gonna stay comming in Indonesian than english.

What tf is this logic lmao. RRQ Ewok himself already said comm issue were still a thing but not that much worse now compared to during the beginning of VCT Pacific (3 indo, 2 Pinoy). now RRQ has been comming in english for 2 years so they are already quite matured with speaking english to each other.
BOOM on the other hand has been speaking indonesian since 2021. Do you think its a great idea to literally just change the language of a team with just 3 month until kick off??
