There was a really simple solution. Esports orgs hate this ONE simple trick: treat your players well. It's that easy. This may be a nightmare for nrg but it really is a problem created from their own behaviour and treatment of players.

yeah and the cost of not treating them well far outweighs the dollars you're saving

at most you're gonna spend 60-100k on a player to be happy, but if you don't the top talent won't come to your org, and you lose out on sponsors, content etc
