Tier 1 teams don't take scrims seriously. Even FNC lost to RNT in scrims lol even though FNC are going roster changes.

they do take scrims seriously how else you think they get better. But I do hear of some tier 1 teams slacking around in scrims but I doubt they do that during the season, maybe off season for sure
