give sova longer lasting drone, recon scans 3x, and recovers faster

give skye the best flashes in the game again, and they recover again

give sage her OG heal back to 100 back

give jett 2 updash, 3 smokes and a longer dash

give astra more stars and let her place stars before the round starts

these slight tweaks will make the game fun :)
