TUYZ, can play any controller agent, is better fragger than most controllers. He is undoubtedly top 5 might even be top 3 if he gets a good team around him.
CAUANZIN, theres no way you guys can argue this guy isn't top 3 best INITATORS in the world and he is a straight IGL as well. can play both flash and recon initators exceptionally well + so young and yet so experienced.
PANCADA, i don't even have to tell you anything, one of the most cemented best controllers of all time.
SAADHAAK, again i don't even have to say anything, he is a great flex who can play literally most agents. also greatest IGL of all time.
LESS, don't really have to say anything

only reason this team was shit was due to, role issues and most importantly BAD COACHES. I've never seen a coach so lost than when peu was when coaching LOUD.

"Only reason" lists 2 reasons, doesn't even talk about how LOUD were behind the meta the entire year. LOUD was shit because they lost their identity after Aspas and Frod left, and they didn't do a good job of reinventing themselves.

my brother in christ, saadhak was the one in control of the roster and many of the meta decisions for the first half of the season, their only good result was a fourth place at madrid because they played both of the CN teams who played INCREDIBLY poorly, and previous to that it was because no one understood the weaknesses of their comps yet in Americas.

He was, he has said that he wanted qck for Aspas' replacement. In louds videos around the mid season, saadhak even talked about giving more control to coaches for the mid season. It would make no sense for 2 new untested coaches in t1 to have more control over the team than the establish veteran world champion IGL.

if loud kept qck, they could have gone for a g2-esque playstyle, but they dropped qck so pancada could play smokes and as a result tuyz and saadhak had to play duelist. saadhak my guy you are the goat but never fucking play duelist again.

Peu hadnt power to do anything in Loud, when he joined, the team format was already created, and according to some people (not me) Peu besides that, was tier 2, thing that limiteded his coachs bc he hadnt space to talk.

For me the team had downfall, bc the fans opnions breached the team, and the org when they was vunerable.
Qck wasnt filling Aspas spot, and fans was shiting on him, Loud (A fan org) kicked him and taked pANcada (Yes pANcada was Loud choice, not Saad choice).
The years was already lost and the team had no strat, still Saad as what seens, heard the fans opnions and made some shit choices.

Tuyz and pancada are good controllers, some of the most overrated players I have ever seen, easily cleared by people like karon, smoggy, chichoo and pretty much every other good controller is comparable or better than them
People who think caua are top 5 after performances from people like trexx, reins, chronicle, leo, beyn, heck Id even argue the likes of AAAAY is better
Saadhak is one of the greatest igl in valorant
Less is one of the greatest sentinels in valorant

Loud failed because they had terrible management and terrible role control, but even then this is not a top 3 by the end of the year even if they had good management

If loud were a good org not even Aspas would leave, the thing is the owners arent like the EU/NA orgs owner or even the LATAM org owners FerMago from LEV and Aguero and the fucking Lionel Messi from KRU, they dont mind spent money for investiment because they know the money will back if the investment were good, in other hands, the LOUD owners dont put a single cent of their own money on the team so its really hard to get improvements with this shit mentality.
