Are the BR teams other than maybe LOUD just super incompetent when it comes to scouting? Cuz no way players like silentzz, zap, lz, Sato, lukxo etc. were still in tier 2 all this time.

tough life bud, most tier 1 players and orgs are filled with nepotism

half of them cant play cuz 17 but its hard to scout when theres so little games

Brazilian orgs are known to hire players based on "suggestions" from players who "happen" to be friends with the guy they suggested

They also do not have people good enough to choose the players based on good criteria, this is why we have teams like MIBR 2023 or FURIA 2024 split 1

They’re incompetent, they rather give multiple chances to players that already proved bad than give a first chance to a new talent

I don't want to sound ugly but sometimes when Brazilian players have been more successful in other games it is when a foreign organization manages and assembles the roster.
