atleast a way for these T2 teams to support themselves in the off season.
deadass no other way of support except challengers matches. (and maybe streaming stuff)

well most of those models make it an open circuit. Albeit I would make top teams from tier 2 splits into tier 1 for this said split. Like we have 12 teams, add 4 from the split 1 in the region (can split region wise, can host a small tournament). 16 team stage in tier 1, qualifying to tier 1 events.

I mean RA wasn't even supposed to make it out of Group stage. Like their new team is shit and so the fact they made it to the grand finals is very surprising

I mean several Chinese teams were abusing the import rule lol, KBG literally brought in Wolfen specifically for ascension and they likely would've dropped him if they won. It was always going to be the team with the best imports winning China ascension.
