Is M80 overrated?

All Knights and Galorys fought close games with M80 during the group stage, it's been a pretty close Ascension overall with a ton of close games and overtime maps. M80 now lost to 2G, arguably the worst team of the 4 remaining. Yet everyone acted like M80 were the unbeatable favorites.

They are still 5-1 in the overall tournmanet, it's hard to not consider them as favoris even if they loose one BO

Yeah, tsm was the real powerhouse but unfortunately it was rigged against them

M80's best Opper is constantly put on roles that don't enable him to op, their best entry player is stuck in Breach jail on over half their map pool, their IGL is prolly best all around player and individual play has been shakier since needing to IGL. The other two genuinely look lost at times and cannot compete against BR and LATAM shooters. Yeah, they kinda overrated, even if the team has the best structure and has tactical depth they seem to want to troll that away and not win gun fights.

They are a solid team. But i dont feel like their players are special for the most part. If other teams have some shooters and they are ON m80 is gonna lose. Kinda like Apeks in EU. But without kaajak

But everyone should agree that, TSM deserve T3 or T5. Overrated worst team in NA scene, who fiuked their way to Ascension🤡
