FNATIC FNATIC Europe Rank #6 crashies Austin Roberts Boaster Jake Howlett kaajak Kajetan Haremski Chronicle Timofey Khromov Alfajer Emir Ali Beder has announced the departure of former head coach and assistant coach Jacob "Mini" Harris from the coaching roster.

Mini has been a part of Fnatic since the very beginning, when they entered Valorant by signing the roster of SUMN FC SUMN FC Inactive Moe40 Muhammad Hariff doma Domagoj Fancev Mistic James Orfila Boaster Jake Howlett tsack Konstantinos Theodoropoulos in 2021 which included Mini as the head coach. Since then, he has helped lead Fnatic to be the most dominant team in EMEA, as well as bring them a wealth of international success. Their regional dominance is evidenced by the fact that they have qualified for seven out of eight possible international tournaments with Mini at the helm, only missing out on Masters Berlin in 2021. Their international debut would see them place second at Masters Reykjavík, but following international performances were relatively disappointing compared to the potential they showed at the regional level of competition. It was not until 2023 where they would take home their first trophy at LOCK//IN, followed by a consecutive win at Masters Tokyo. They still remain the only team to have accomplished this feat of back to back international victories.

After their dominance in 2023, Mini decided to step down as head coach, and moved into the position of assistant coach instead. They would rebound to win both Stage 1 and 2 later that year, but would exit early on in the playoffs at both Masters Shanghai and Champions.

With this move alongside the removal of Derke from the active roster, Boaster is now the only remaining member of the original Fnatic squad.

Mini has indicated that he is looking to take a break from coaching and will likely not be joining another team for the 2025 VCT season.
