Inconsistent performance, less flexibility offered to the team's agent comp ,opportunity to get a top CS pro with arguably more mechanical skill and experience. Not sure if I misinterpreted this part but 100t predicted that Jett would fall out of the meta too during that time(not sure if this is a reason)

One trick jett main, just like botdell and botned

Main reason was that they had Ethan ready to join them and he was too good a player to let the offer pass.
So they dropped Dicey because he was the most expendible member. He could only play jett and he was not a top tier jett main, also pretty inconsistent (making him the least valuable player on the team)
